Kyriad Chartres was a great stop for us! The rooms were clean and comfortable, featuring a flat screen television and free Wi-Fi. We especially appreciated the large rooms with 24-hour room service and modern amenities like the multi-jet shower in the bathroom.
We had a minor maintenance issue with the shower.

Poor layout with hard mattresses, inadequate electric socket availability, and shower fixtures that could use better finishing. Parking can be a hassle as the stairs are rough and confusing with multiple doors leading out. Breakfast priced at €15 per head without much variety makes it hard to justify.

I almost thought of leaving a good review, but with no complimentary perks for my troubles, I just couldn’t. Really disappointed.
